This seems weird, yes?
When I was young, I found everything about the world fascinating. I was led to believe that “science” was guided by “the scientific method”. Scientists spent their lives in the objective study of the nature of reality. Discovery and understanding were shared with the world. Hard-work and skill were the keys to merit-based success.
All of this is, of course, wildly deluded and completely wrong. Only a child would believe in such a fantasy.
And only a raving lunatic would dedicate his life to formal training in science and medicine and, when he discovered it was all a lie…continue to work and engage in the Quixotic pursuit of “truth”.
This is The Paranormalizing Letter.
